Locate the game in your Steam Library, right-click, and select Properties.
In the General tab is "Launch Options". In the text field below it, enter this exactly:
cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"
Confirm changes and close the window. This option will tell OpenSSL functions to ignore AVX support; in some cases, this provides stability for certain modern games.
