- Make sure that the DLC is selected and installed if applicable.
- Verify the DLC is recognized as purchased by the store and shows as owned on your account (If not, please contact the store where the purchase was made for further help)
EGS
Epic Game Store users who encounter issues should make sure that EGS is launched with administrator privileges.
To run the Epic Games Store as an administrator:
- Right-click on the Epic Games Launcher shortcut on your desktop.
- Select Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the Run This Program As An Administrator box.
- Click the Apply button.
- Click the OK button.
PlayStation
PlayStation players who are having trouble with the DLC not being recognized and/or reachable should double check the following:
- If the player is on a PS5, make sure you installed the version of the DLC that matches the version of the base game you have installed
- Maneater PS4 edition - Truth Quest PS 4 edition
- Maneater PS5 edition - Truth Quest PS 5 edition
We are not able to help further debug issues related to this at this time, and suggest players who still encounter issues should seek a refund via the platform where they purchased the DLC if within the windows to do so on those platforms.
